I was doing an offer from my chips and all was good until it stopped crediting. The tasks stopped tracking for completing battles but for making purchases and opening the app daily it continued to work. So obviously the issue is not on my end and it's either a problem with the app, the offer, or the advertiser. It's well known that My Chips pays a lot less than other offer walls for the same offers. The thought is that they might pay less but they have a better tracking system and customer support. While it might still be true that there tends to be less issues on my chips if an issue ever does arise then good luck. I messaged support and thoroughly explained my problem and received a reply quickly. They wanted me to provide video evidence and I did. They responded and asked for me to send it again (I'm assuming they didn't understand even though it was very clear) and I did. That was a week ago now and still no response at all. No updates. No "we received your message and are investigating" nothing. It should have been a very easy problem to solve. In the end it is not worth it to do offers on their offer wall that pay much less than other walls. I would avoid them all together.
