Mychips are absolute fraudulent fraudsters, I participated in their recently concluded tournament in freecash where u would have to play continuously to top a leaderboard and God knows I worked hard to achieve 3rd place, I played continuously, non-stop for about 4 days 6hours 14minutes straight and they promised to contact the winners to issue their rewards but to my utmost surprise, I received an email yesterday saying that I didn't qualify for any reward!! how is that fair? I am very disappointed in mychips and I never expected them to run petty scams like this just to boost their playtime.And to prove to u guys that they are complete scammers, I went to their reddit community to post my experience but they keep blocking and filtering my messages and mind u I didn't use any insulting or inappropriate words, they don't want people to know the truth about them, but thank God I can do it here, and I also contacted customer service, spoiler alert: they have the worst customer service because they will never reply. I have been scammed by mychips!!! I invested a lot of time and effort trying to secure the 3rd position, imagine letting ur phone run for 4 days 6hours 14minutes straight only to realize that u have been scammed 😔 ill share more updates here when i recieve my reward but im never taking down this review without receiving my reward!!! I am updating my review on today 18th November, I am still very disappointed in mychips as they didn't fulfill their promise, I was initially promised 50k coins which is equivalent to $50 but now to my utmost surprise I received $25 which is half of the initial promised reward. I have seen similar complaints but I was doubting wether a well respected company like mychips will do such a thing, I'm very sad and disappointed that mychips couldn't keep to their wordsI am updating my review today on November 19th and I'm happy to say that mychips finally paid me, although i have a few suggestions Mychips, it seems like u send a general email to everyone both winners and the other participants saying " You didn't qualify for a reward" That is honestly confusing and it's a sloppy work from u guys and I think u should try to improve thatI'll rate u guys four stars now since I recieved my reward 🙂
