My chips used to be my favorite wall but as of late they take weeks to respond to a single ticket. They even will respond the same day I put in a ticket telling me to wait 24 hours and when 24 hours comes around they don’t respond for a week or longer. I currently have an active ticket # 50004 and I’m sure it will be sometime before they bother to even look at it.
