I completed a game offer during the MyChips 2x bonus and tracking failed after the first two cheapest tiers despite nothing changing about the way I played the game. Despite providing video proof and the agent acknowledging it was solid proof they still only credited only 200SB out of the missing 3705SB as "courtesy". Very disappointed, I can only suspect that the game is scamming players, making them watch a bunch of ads while they avoid paying out the higher tiers.Update: MyChips did as they promised below and issued the rewards, though it falls short of the original 2x offer (I expected 3505 SB, they gave 3290 SB). But at this point I'll take it.
