I would give no stars if it was an option. For the second time driver lied about an attempted delivery (verified by numerous cameras) when the delivery instructions allowed for the parcel to be left without contact in a safe place. Instructions were verified with DHL and repeated on a note on the front door. Both deliveries have been the same. Won’t be ordering from companies who use DHL in future.
