They send text and email updates about the status of your order, including a message on the day of delivery telling you what delivery window you should expect, and another one when it's only a few stops away from you. Drivers are punctual, friendly, and professional, and I've never had a delivery be anything but intact. There are also plenty of options to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe space if you aren't going to be home for the delivery. I honestly breathe a sigh of relief when I see that my parcel is with DHL.
