Item not delivered & reason given that they couldn’t gain entry to my property. This is impossible as it’s just a gate that opens. No communication as to when my item will be delivered so I had to chase. Told it’s coming on the following Monday 5 days on from the original delivery date. Then I’ve just received an email telling it’s not coming until Tuesday. I won’t hold my breath. Shambles of a company. Apparently there Runcorn depo is extremely busy so they can’t answer enquiries. God help anyone expecting a delivery from them over Christmas. It’s only November.
