I ordered some alloy wheels on line and DHL managed to deliver them across Europe without any issues it was only when they arrived in the UK that the problems started partly due to customs/Brexit wanting the Vat payment which DHL had already paid but when they invoiced me the payment went missing? So they wouldn't deliver the goods After ringing countless numbers mainly call centre in India hit and miss how good there English is ! I arranged to pick them up from the depot (which involved a 90 mile round trip)as I didn't want to take another day of work...all in all not great for a company the size of DHL they could do a lot better..
