One representative stated it would arrive by the end of the day without a specific timeframe, while another suggested 'end of day' could mean as late as 8 PM. I only learned about the option to pick it up myself after pressing them. One particular representative was dismissive and robotic, showing no empathy. He even ended the chat before I could finish, disregarding my concerns completely. Overall, the poor communication, changing timelines, and unhelpful attitudes have been very frustrating. I would highly advise against relying on this service for any delivery needs.
