Ordered a laptop for a holiday present. HP accepted my order, charged my credit card and sent a shipping confirmation. Next i had a cancelation notice. after spending half an hour getting through to HP, the advised the order was cancled due to a "pricing errror" they refused to make good on the sale. Clearly a bait and switch tactic. I don't recomend purchasing from this site. Terrible customer service, after asking to have my call escalated, the representative told me he was the highest I could get, very frustrating. Going to Dell where i know i'll be treated fairlyPurchased my laptop from Dell with a delivery date of 12/17/2020. Received notice the machine would not be ready until 1/22, as this was a holiday present I asked if they ca expedite, rep ask to give them 24 hours. In less time than that, Dell offered to send me an upgraded machine for the same price. Now that’s customer service!
