Wish I would have read the reviews before buying from the hp store website. I bought a laptop & didn't take a screenshot of the check-out screen. Then found they charged my credit card for $166 more than the check-out amount. Contacted customer service & was told that I had to wait until they emailed me my order number & receipt because they could not research anything or cancel without order number. Their policy states cancellation only within 1st hour. However Hours later the receipt with the higher amount was emailed to me. Rep asked if I had a screenshot of my checkout cart as proof. They are a big scam. They want to charge me cancellation fee & told me they will not honor any sale price because they have the right to change price at any time. Stay away.
