Biggest cowboys on the the planet got an email saying my parcel was in the depot on 30th and nothing since. Tried calling 5 times but everytime I do there is amazingly exactly 40 people in front of me. I stayed in the phone for 1hr on one occasion and eventually got hold of someone who told me they had it and it was being send out that night... 3 days later no parcel and no update. Why any company worth their salt would chose this mob as their delivery partner is mins blowing. I will avoid any purchases from anyone who uses these fraudsters
