Parcel wasn’t delivered because my concierge wasn’t at the desk and I was at work. Not able to contact them since. Was on hold the other day for an hour and a 1/4 only to be cut off when I got to the top of the ‘queue’. I have sent 2 emails no answer. Ridiculous wait time! Still don’t have my package.
