If I could give a minus star review I could. I am waiting on a parcel that they said has been delivered on the 18th of November but it hasn't! Now on tracking systems it just seems to be going around in circles. I have spent about 4 hours on the phone to them to see when am I going to get it and after exactly one hour your are hung up even though I get down to position 1 and 2 on the phone. Horrendous. This is a Santa present for my daughter, I hope I get it on time else there will be one very disappointed child on Christmas morning. The supplier can't do anything as it has come back to them saying it's delivered. I hear they are supposed to be taking over Fastway items, if this is the case god love us all!!! They just don't give a damn!
