Absolute sh*tshow. I ordered Crocs. Chose courier delivery as I needed them quickly for hospital. Left plenty of time, too. Ordered them on August 23rd. Got message on September 1st that GLS had delivered them to me, only they hadn't. Rang their Dublin number and was told parcel had been left at a shop "next to me", that shop is 11km away from me and I don't drive. It was done without my knowledge or consent. Was informed she'd get right on to it. And ...nothing... emailed again. Nothing. Emailed again and was asked for a phone number (which had been included in original order). Today (12th of September!!!!) they were finally delivered by throwing them over the gate. No call, nothing. My son found them in the rain. I paid for courier and got an absolute joke, bad customer service and useless delivery driver. I'd give zero points if I could.
