I was concerned about the delivery status of my parcel coming from Italy, as tracking had not updated in a number of days. So I contacted customer service via their email address, and I got a very quick and courteous response from a nice woman by the name of Emma Flannery, who assured me she would sort the problem and get the parcel delivered. She did, as my parcel arrived today. So in that repect, I can not fault customer service. The lady in question done a great job. However, delivery and tracking needs to be better. It is too slow, in comparison to some other delivery services. If that can be sorted, then it would be 5 stars. The 4 stars are for the customer service. Thank you.
