My experience with GLS is of a diabolical unprofessional company that has regard for their customers, staff, suplliers etc.They don't return phonecalls as promised. . . .ever!Trying to trace my parcel was a farce.Taking from 20 to 45mins to even answear the phone is totally unacceptable and shows what a wholly unprofessional outfit they are.They delivered my parcel to 25 ****** Road instead of 25****** Street which was bad enough but them just left it in the green wheelie bin.I will be relaying all off this to my supplier and advising them to find another courier.I am also considering taking a case to the small claims court for all the inconvenience, frustration, stress and unpleasantness of what should have been a routine delivery.
