At the moment I give it 1star -max. This company is a joke , I ordered from Spain to Ireland on February 10 (sports stuff) the sender gave GLS my parcel on the 18th Feb and it still hasn't arrived... it's been stuck in Germany since the end of February. In Roman Empire times they would have delivered my parcel faster on foot than this company (by bus, plane 🤦🏻♂️) it will soon be a whole month since I ordered it and they have no idea where my parcel is.
