Terrible experience with this company. Expensive item went missing despite being notified by email iit had been delivered to my address. It had actually been delivered somewhere completely different, customer service were useless and it ended up being left outside my door a couple of days later, presumably by the people to whom it had been incorrectly delivered as I heard no more from GLS.I was actually in a shop a couple of weeks later and heard a shop assistant advise a customer not to order the product she wanted on line as the shop uses GLS to deliver and they were useless.How this company is still in business I do not know. The reviews on here are almost universally bad.
