An absolute bunch of clowns, so far 9 days to deliver a parcel from one side of Ireland to the otherA litany of excuses, such as no-one available to take delviery and then the following attempt they had a problem with the Eircode, and then the address isn't correctThey can't be contacted easily by telephone - you should expect a 30 minute+ wait for them to answer, only for the customer service department to not follow up on their promises and never call you backEmails go unanswered as you might expectI've since found out that they use agencies for handling regional parcels rather than their own drivers and hubs, which doesn't work so well for the other dodgy courier in Ireland, but well done GLS you've surpassed their ability to get it wrongI guess the next update is going to be "we've lost your parcel"
