This company states my parcel has been delivered when it clearly has not . The date and time they stated they delivered my parcel I was at home and also have a video doorbell . No courier was at my house. They haven't responded to my messages either. Totally unacceptable what an absolute joke . What are they doing with the parcels and why lie stating something is delivered when it is not
