Terrible service. I have been trying to get a parcel collected for weeks. Every time I phone I get told the same thing - it will be collected today or tomorrow. Today I phoned twice asking to speak to a manager, both times have been assured of a callback which never happens. It’s beyond a joke at this stage. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
