Worst delivery company ever. After 6 phone calls and 2 emails still no update on package that was out on delivery for 4 days. Apparently it's left beside the plant pot, what an excuse. Now driver has a week to come up with more excuses for not delivering.I will never order online/ or use any company that uses GLS ever again. Response to GLS reply: No the package was never delivered. I re purchased the goods from the vendor. They have since refunded me the original and no have a claim in against the delivery. Best of luck to them in getting a refund, I wouldn't fancy dealing with GLS on this matter.
