Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email, I've received no response. The lack of communication and the prolonged delay in delivery are unacceptable. It's frustrating and infuriating. I'm left in the dark about the whereabouts of my package and have no idea what happened to it. GLS's poor service and lack of responsiveness have left me deeply dissatisfied.
