Package says delivered but nobody was home, I got no call from driver and wasn't left with neighbour as far as we can tell (we have asked some but can't knock into all neighbours). My only guess is driver left on doorstep and was then stolen. Have reached out to customer care and they gave my details to driver to contact me but heard nothing so another call was made and driver/delivery dispute was apparently raised. I will update when I have further feedback.
