I was tracking my parcel and states it was delivered. Guess what? Not to me! Don't know who signed it or who has my package but it surely isn't me! Now have to download a form and send it, but still doesn't solve the problem that my package is missing and someone else is enjoying my purchase!Update: I have now updated to 5 start, because after getting I'm contact with costumer service, they told me the driver was trying to retrieve my package, which he has and has since been delivered to me! Thank you for such a speedy resolution!
