Paid online company to use DHL , as I believed I would get my item delivered without any issues, how wrong was I? My parcel was delivered somewhere, but no-one knows where, I was never informed that the delivery was going to happen on the day and their tracking show it was delivered to the middle of a road. Their customer service states they will get back to you within 24hrs, this is a lie, probably because they know that either the driver has delivered to the wrong address or they have stolen my parcel, avoid this company like the plague. Have video doorbell the prove no delivery attempt was made at my property!
