Delivery was committed to a certain date and a tracking link confirmed parcel updates and an estimated time on the day. Although the parcel arrived only slightly later than estimated, I was able to see ‘live’ vehicle location updates.Driver was extremely polite and courteous, even apologising for his slight delay.What a pleasant experience compared to the quality from other carriers such as Evri who constantly fail to deliver on day advised and then consider a delivery as being thrown over the gate! I would certainly use and recommend DHL if given a choice.
