DHL were meant to deliver a mobility aid to me! I received an email saying it was delivered to my address. It hadn't been! I couldn't open the photograph from DHL for the delivery proof, so I phoned the place I ordered my item from and they sent me a photograph as proof of delivery! It clearly wasn't my opened front door because it was a house with stairs and I live in a ground floor property so no stairs! Thankfully I live in an excellent community, because I saw a post on my local Facebook page after I posted one myself, with someone who came forward and said it had been delivered to them two streets away with the only similarity being the door number was the same as mine, but definitely not similar to my street name! They had initially tried to stop the driver, but wasn't able to because he dropped and ran being too fast to recall! Instead they very kindly dropped it off to me themselves! Obviously the DHL driver was clearly one of those "lazy and can't be bothered to get it right" driving crew!DHL are only as good as their drivers, I'm not impressed with them at all and definitely wouldn't recommend!!I have had yet another recent negative experience from them, but I need to wait 24 hours before I'm allowed to put on another review!
