After placing an order with a large company that uses this courier, I faced multiple missed delivery attempts. Despite assurances from the large company that I would receive my order, the courier continued to fail in their delivery obligations. My complaints were acknowledged but unresolved, and I was left waiting with no clear answers. I even offered to pick up my package but was denied. They suggested I seek compensation from the company I ordered from instead of taking responsibility. To date, my package remains at their depot, and I have yet to see any action taken. This customer has definitely been left wanting.
