If you’re thinking of using DHL for courier services then DON’T. Delivered Hopelessly Late are the worst couriers imaginable. I was told my parcel was out for delivery on Wednesday. I tracked it and it was 150 on the route. Mysteriously it disappeared from tracking mid afternoon. The same happened yesterday when it was 172 on the route. Now today just received a text saying it’s been delayed by a further 24 hours and will be delivered on the next working day is that Saturday or Monday). I live in hope. Absolute rubbish customer service - don’t touch DHL with a barge pole. This is the third or fourth time this has happened.
