I wanted to send my daughter and son in law a Hamper as a gift for their new house. DHL send me countless emails about when it was dispatched and where it was etc for 4 days. Then today I had an email saying they would deliver on Monday and were there any delivery instructions I should include even though I gave them the mobile number when ordering. So although I wanted it to be a complete surprise, I forwarded the email to my son in law. GUESS WHAT? - It arrived this morning. (Friday) What is the point? Not the only Company to want a good review - but get it right, PLEASE?Not impressed but on the plus side my Daughter and son in law were delighted. Thank goodness, they were in!
