I was meant to receive delivery between 9:05 and 11:05 on 2nd December. I could track the driver and see they were close by but they just didn’t bother with the delivery. Phoned the store where I made the purchase to complain about their courier. Did not receive any updates or notifications from DHL. Driver arrived later that day when I wasn’t in and then said I missed the delivery.
