It took 3 times before i got my parcel wed excuse was wrong address thurs excuse i did not answer the door my adress is correct no other firms have had any trouble i was in they knocked on wrong door if they knocked at all so i asked mate at greenbanks florists if i could use his address which we did and i get my parcel his shop is on road side unlike my house. Had to keep contacting you to reshedule deliveries had to stay in waiting for deliveries which never came i am very upset with all this i will not be recomending you
