My parcel was never delivered.This happened last year, 2024.I 'won' a free product via Tkmaxx treasure rewards system. The supplier dispatched using GLS.Got an email from GLS saying my parcel was on the way. The next day I got another email saying my parcel wasdelayed/rerouted. After a few days of nothing I emailed customer service who said they would open a query/search for the parcel. Never got another reply to further emails querying the missing parcel.Only for the fact it was a freebie I gave up looking for answers. Please, businesses, anyone, do not use this company
