Customer service clown was inept this whole company is, WHY was a package left outside, she had no answers said it was scanned outside and it takes days to contact the driver to file report, I got no calls and even left a note on package directing them where to leave it, WHY did they ignore this? Worst company ever where is it??? The dumb website gives no updates have the driver call me immediately!
