My package travelled through 5 EU countries without any issue and when it reached the GLS in Ireland, it was scanned in their warehouse, but they said that they didn't know where exactly it is! It took at least 2 weeks, after going back and forth with multiple emails, camera searches etc for me to able to finally receive my package. At the end of it I was glad I received my package, but was totally drained from the whole situation. I would absolutely avoid this company at all cost moving forward!
