Really disappointed with the service from both this logistics company and the seller. seller sent shipping confirmation on 23.11, GLS tracking says it’s not yet been handed over so no further tracking. Seller advises ‘this can happen and to wait 2 weeks’ and despite 2 emails to GLS I am yet to receive any response. Not sure even a ‘we’ve received your message and will get back to you’
