The service was ok, but the delivery was a day late. They did not provided enough information on their Trackers that other companies do. I stayed at home all day because they don't have time windows and it didn't arrive on that day. Said "due to traffic".I don't think they are as bad as the reviews make out, but if there are other options on the market and you need something delivered fast/high value/perishable goods I'd suggest going with someone else.The customer service team are a mixed bag. One call was polite, another was a bit abrupt/rude and didn't seem she wanted to work there. There was no follow up with the email ticket I sent in either. The driver himself was polite when he got here.The Tracker itself is also a mess. There are no specific timeframes but when I asked the CS rep he told me the area and location that the driver was in. So they do have GPS systems for the drivers, they just don't have them on the parcels. If I had a choice in the future I'd go with DPD/Amazon etc. But in this situation it was the supplier that set up the courier. I'll just make sure to ask who the Courier is next time first.
