An item was due to be delivered on 8th December. I get a text saying it would be delivered 2 days early, with an option to rearrange. I rearrange. I then get a text stating it has been delivered and signed for by me, I am not even there. The item was left in full view of the street and I will be surprised if it is still there when I return. This company is useless. I do have other examples of their incompetence. Boycott!!
