DHL let us down on the delivery date with txt to say nearly there , here soon etc only not to turn up , we tracked them to 2 miles away !Then we had the note to say that they attempted to deliver, a complete lie as their customer service said workload issue . I raised a complaint and now the parcel has been delivered the following day , so matter closed
