Complete and utter chaos and all DHLs fault. Ordered meat products from NI for next day delivery. Received notification that product was collected and required signature. I updated delivery details to exclude signature and for product to be left in safe place. Noticed 2 days later product was not delivered, no card left (said nobody home for signature) and therefore, not left. I also noticed the incorrect address on the online DHL tracking system. I rang DHL who told me the shipper had added the incorrect address (total lie) as I can see the shippers details were correct. I was told product would be delivered next day. I checked next day and again had to call DHL (costs a fortune 0344 number) as the product was now saying I needed to update my delivery details despite being informed it would be delivered today. Eventually, got through to DHL who again lied about waybill address. Eventually, after a wait the product arrived. Do not trust DHL when sending perishable items !
