DHL was supposed to deliver a mobility aid to me, but I received an email stating it had been delivered to my address, which was not the case! I couldn't access the delivery proof photograph from DHL, so I contacted the seller, and they provided me with a proof of delivery picture! It clearly wasn't my front door; the photo showed a house with stairs, while I live in a ground floor unit with no stairs! Fortunately, I live in a wonderful community. After posting about my issue on a local social media page, someone reached out, saying the package had been delivered to them two streets away. The only similarity was the door number, but the street names were entirely different! They had tried to flag down the driver but were unsuccessful because he dropped the package and sped away! They kindly brought it to me themselves! Clearly, the DHL driver was one of those who just couldn't be bothered to do their job properly! DHL's service is only as good as its drivers, and I am not impressed at all—definitely not a service I would recommend! I've had another negative experience with them recently, but I have to wait 24 hours before I can leave another review!
