I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from OK Mobility in May.When the car was delivered in June it was in very good condition -- so far so good.However it came with only one set of keys , no code for the radio and no instruction book.I have chasing the Sales guy I dealt with -- Dan Saavedra who has been singularly unhelpful in getting the problem resolved and I think is now "ghosting " me -- ignoring.It might sound trivial but getting a second key from Jeep is not without issues not to mention the cost of €500 for a replacement.I would suggest that you avoid buying directly from OK and you might have more success and back up buying the car through Caixa Bank who have a relationship with OK.It is now nearly August and I have been sending information request emails to Mr Saavedra since the car was delivered at the beginning of June.If I ran my company this way I am sure that I would lose customers very quickly.
