Please when you rent from this company make sure you do a video of the car inside and out. I have had many experiences of the company and they will try to scam you. I got caught the first time but learnt.Do your detailed video and make sure you get them to check your car at drop off. The last time I dropped off they said there was damage to the vehicle but from my video it was apparent it was previous un noted damage!! I got caught once for 600Euros ( I had insurance) but it is not the point. Why should we be paying again for somebody elses damage. And lazy staff.
