Never ever! UNACCEPTABLE!Thief company!First of all they dont accept a full insurance purchased on booking.com where i booked a car.Second they charge you for scratches, eventhough i have video that these scratches were there before, the agent by pick up checked the video and said that everything is fine. But after 3 days i receive an email that they will take 360 euro from my account for the scratches. Not existing customer service. I reported on booking.com
