I have rented a car Fiat500 - contract 5375553. It was returned as I received it, without any other scratches than there was before. Later on I was charged 460€ directly from my account. I have sent 5 emails to the company with photos as a documentations, without any response. At a personal contact in the airport, the employee told me that they had changed me 200€ to much, and I would receive the 200€ later. I haven’t seen the money yet. Don’t trust the OKmobility.
