I received an email with a two hour window on the day of my delivery and my parcel was delivered exactly within that time !The previous day I had also received an email notifying me that delivery would be made the following day. This is excellent as you know exactly what's happening and I was also informed just before delivery of how many stops the driver had before delivering to me.There is also the option given of where to leave a parcel if you are not available to sign for it.
