I was notified the estimated delivery would be 9th Dec so I made arrangements to work from home, I could parcel was received in Basildon depot early Tuesday morning (before 8am). I checked through the day with no further updates. Parcel was not delivered until 10th Dec. Communication on the 10th was good and accurate. Just not happy they estimated 9th and they failed.
