My package was not delivered to my address. It was taken to DHL’s drop off point at J&J Healthfoods N5 1QJ and remained there until I was forced to pick it up myself this afternoon.There was no option to have the parcel ‘re-delivered’ as appears on missed delivery message received.Also, NONE of the DHL customer service number work - calls fail to connect. .Absolutely Disgraceful!DHL’s Reply to the above message is as Disgraceful as the Lack of service 🙄
